Fundraising Update - August 2010

As you may be aware, a state-of-the-art turf field was installed in the fall of 2008 at West Morris Mendham High School. While we had the support of the local school board, the cost of the field was paid for by a non-profit committee,

Time for Turf - a fundraising committee - was formed by parents from the towns that feed WMMHS. The money came from parents like you and me. The money was received in all forms, donations, fund raisers, and corporate support.

The original cost of the field was over $800,000. Yet with all the hard work and support of so many we still have a balance due of $125,000.

We need your participation at our 2010 Golf Outing to help close the gap. We ask that you consider playing in the golf outing, sponsor a tee, donate a prize for the auction or make any donation in order to help pay off the field.
Please join us and please help spread the word to our fellow neighbors and to the parents of the children who enjoy the field.
